I've been marketing Created by Tracie Designs services to Agricultural industries -
mainly because that is where my background and interest are. I grew up in Shelby,
a rural community, in northwest Ohio. My father, raised hogs as a hobby - and they
(the hogs) became a big part of my childhood growing up. I showed market hogs at
county, state and national levels and also exhibited market lambs, steers and
broilers at our county fair. As if all that wasn't enough I was a horse crazy kid - with
a great desire to show and learn about horses. I started riding around 10 and
started showing the Quarter Horse Circuit when I was 17. After college I moved to
California and worked for a very successful Western Pleasure horse trainer for two
and half years. I recently moved back to Ohio and I am now the assistant editor of
advertising for the Jersey Journal, the breed publication for the American Jersey
Cattle Association. The point is, I am knowledgeable with quite a few different
species of animals and understand the industries and the advertising edge you
need to get noticed!
