Hello, and welcome to my site. My name is Tracie Hoying and I am a
entrepreneur of sorts. I am currently the assistant editor of advertising for
the Jersey Journal, the official publication for the American Jersey Cattle
Association. I also do design work privately through my advertising
business, Created by Tracie Designs. The horses, I guess you could say,
are my secondary career or professional hobby.
My passion and desires to learn about horses started very early in life
and it continues to be a major drive for me today. I started riding around
10 and started showing the Quarter Horse Circuit when I was 17.
In 2002, I graduated from the Ohio State University with a B.S. Degree in
Agricultural Communications, with a design emphasis and a minor in
Equine Science. After college I moved to California and worked for Dana
Hokana, a very successful Western Pleasure trainer, for two and half
years.
My husband and I currently reside in Greenville, Ohio. We normally
always have a horse or two for sale. Check out the for sale page for
current horses being marketed. I really enjoy starting young ones under
saddle it's a very rewarding experience for me. It's a great sense of
accomplishment when you can take something unbroke and turn it into a
show horse.
I also am a 4-H horse judge for both Ohio and Indiana. My rates are
extremely reasonable. If you are looking for a judge for your 4-H or open
shows give me a call. I love evaluating horses and working with youth.
Family and Friends
I know that I am not always the best at keeping in touch . . . But I hope
that this portion of my website will let you know what I've been up to and
what has been going on in my life.
Happy New Year Everyone! 1/2/2009
